Folk in the Forest - Singing Workshop

An afternoon of vocal adventure, working with singer / composer Dave Camlin and harpist Gareth Wilkins to explore the relationship between the harp and the human voice. As well as trying out songs which lend themselves to a harp accompaniment, we'll also play in a more free way, seeing what worlds we can conjure up through the blending of the sounds of our voices with the delicate beauty of the harp.

Dave and Gareth are both experienced workshop leaders, who will create a safe space where you can explore your voice and what it can do, develop creative ideas and enjoy a fun and relaxing afternoon of playing with music together.

Tickets by donation - suggested amounts £3 - £15. Please pay what you can afford, and help us keep prices low for those facing financial hardship.

Sing With the Harp Tickets, Sat 7 Oct 2023 at 13:30 | Eventbrite

We also have the option to share any of our creations in an evening event at Whinlatter as part of the Folk in the Forest event that Dave and Gareth are playing at in the evening.
